12/8/2023 0 Comments Cloning wa business![]() ![]() I called the number on the site but was not able to talk to anyone I was only connected to 2 voicemails that state you can contact corporate or send them an email and wait for a reply up to72 hours. I have sent 2 emails to customer service, emailed them on their site and even sent a message to them via Instagram stating I want the order cancelled and refunded. 1/25 I emailed customer support again and was told by ****, again, 1/27 that my order would ship by 1/31. My credit card was charged $128 on 1/25 even though the pillow did not ship. I was told by **** that they sold out, restocking and that my pillow would ship the latest 1/25. I did not receive an email with a shipping update until 1/19/23 after I emailed customer service the same day. Email confirmation states to allow 1-2 business days to package the order before it ships. I'll return the pillow when I get it and if Clone Pillow does not respect this return, will get my money back through PayPal. Again, I repeat, NEVER, EVER order from Clone Pillow. I contacted them again after seeing this and, surprisingly, heard nothing back. ![]() Fast forward to February 7th when the pillow finally shipped, but with the original pillow case color. I should have taken that opportunity to cancel, but didn't. If not, the pillow would be shipped by February 1st. The next day I heard from Clone Pillow letting me know the pillow case had been exchanged and asked me if I'd like to cancel the order. When I still didn't hear anything, I filed a grievance with PayPal to get my $165 refunded. When I still hadn't heard anything about the pillow being shipped, I contacted them again on January 27th. I place my order on January 16th, 2023 and contacted them the very next day to see if I could exchange the pillow case color with a different one. ![]()
